FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What are your academic and industry credentials?
Bracket Media is made up of a multicultural team of professionals connecting all areas of web design and coding. Most of our employees have a background in the design or programming industry, but among us we also have business school graduates, psychology majors and marketers.
How many web projects did you manage during the past year?
About 150 websites. If you want additional examples of our work that cannot be found in our product portfolio, please send an email to info@bracketmedia.com and we will search our database based on what you are looking for.
What do you consider to be the most important part of a website?
The single most important aspect of a website is that design and programming are integrated in a way that gives a user friend and memorable experience when browsing it. We are perfectionist when it comes to design and we are on an everyday mission to make companies realize their full potential by creating interfaces that look good, make sense and are easy for any user to understand.
Will the graphics be developed by professional graphic artists with a degree in the arts and experience with web graphics?
All of our graphic artists have an academic arts degree and several years of experience. The people we hire have a proven track-record combined with a competitive attitude. BracketMedia is known for its creative design and we always try to be at the front end of innovation and trends.
What is your development process?
When selecting BracketMedia to develop your project we proceed by defining an explicit scope of work and a timetable that outlines the details of the project. After the client signs off on this agreement, a project owner is assigned to the account. He or she will then be in charge of coordinating resources, running the on site development team and communication with the client.
How can I follow the progress of my project?
We use an online management system in which we provide status updates on a regular basis. Our clients also have a access to a direct US phone line to their project manager.
How many people will work on my project?
This will depend on the scope of your project. For small design jobs a project manager and a designer might be enough to get the job done, whereas complex projects often involve 5-7 people. Most of our projects engage the cooperation of 2-5 individuals. The project manager oversees the interactions between all areas and makes sure the deliveries and deadlines are properly met.
What website standards or conventions are you using?
We have the code validated according to the W3C standards.
Are you willing to sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. It is not unusual that our clients have projects where confidentiality is critical and we are always fully honouring our customers need for privacy.
Do you offer white labeled services?
Yes. Our native English speaking project managers can work and communicate with your final client under a brand different from our own.
How can you be more competitively priced than US design firms if you hire American project managers?
Although all of our employees have very competitive salaries on a local level, the geographical location of our in-house employees gives us a competitive edge compared to firms in the United States and Europe.
What type of guarantees do you offer?
10 days free debugging, plus extensive QA analysis prior to launch.
